Business Member Events – Evening Events
thebestofrichmond hosts regular monthly Social Business Events where you can network with dozens of business owners in a relaxed and informal ambience.
“An Evening with thebestofrichmond” is our easy, relaxed and unstructured approach to help people connect through networking. We simply create opportunities for you to naturally grow your business network whilst enjoying a drink and bite to eat at some of Richmond borough’s finest venues.
For those unfamiliar with networking we are there to support and facilitate introductions, and if time is of the essence, the 2 hours invested can generate real proactive marketing activity for your business in one of the simplest ways – talking to people who will be interested.
How many people attend?
Our events regularly attract in excess of 60 people – and some well over 100.
There’s always plenty of first timers, so you won’t find any ‘cliques; – just a great bunch of like-minded business owners.
What type of businesses attend?
There’s a hugh variety of businesses that attend – business services, tradespeople, health and fitness professionals, retailers, restaurateurs, etc. We even get the odd magician coming along!
Why do people attend?
Our events provide a great opportunity to meet fellow business owners, source local suppliers and find opportunities for strategic alliances. The events are also great fun and are a healthy way of taking ‘time out’ from the day to day running of your business.
When are they held?
Our events are typically held during the week after work at popular venues across Richmond upon Thames – including hotels, restaurants and even onboard a boat.
How much does it cost?
The entrance fee for our evening events is typically £10+vat for business members and £20+ vat for non members. Tickets must be booked and paid for in advance.
